Let's talk about Affirmations. An Affirmation (in the way we're talking about them) is a declaration or statement of what You are. For example: "I am confident." "I Love Myself." "I am abundant." In the past Ashley tried Affirmations but they didn't work. He didn't and couldn't believe what He was saying. It felt false and He rejected the affirmation.

It was four years ago I last heard the crunching beneath My feet and the abrasive chill of winter on My face. I stood for moment in the darkness of evening and listened to the silence. Not a car. Not a footstep. No birds singing. Not even a whisper of wind. Silence. Stillness… … I inhaled deeply, the frosty winter air filling my chest with a burst of life. I exhaled all thoughts and stood motionless with the silence inside Me and around Me. I don’t remember a time where I could walk in the evening and hear such silence.
“When was the last time You were, present?” - Where One Hundred Percent of Your attention is on just one thing. I invite You as You read this to be present. Absorb every word, every piece of information from this moment. No thoughts, just experience. It’s 16:55 on a cold February afternoon, I’m sitting in My lounge with My laptop propped on a small table in front of Me. The heating is off and a few flakes of snow are falling in the fading light outside. My Body shivers, grateful to hear the heating click back on and the roar of flames bursting into life in kitchen. Two salt lamps add a warm orange glow to the dimming light streaming in through large, icy looking bay windows. The gentle scent of Sandalwood hangs in the air as I sit comfortably on the sofa. Only the time is not 16:55. There is no time.
This is a diary about My journey through awakening to My highest potential as a Man, to My Dream-Self, to the Divinity that exists within Me, realising My true Power and connecting to all that is Love. It is an unfolding story of the lessons I learn as the flow of life carries Me along it's waters and as I paddle along it's creeks and rivers to one day meet the sea. My new adventure began two years ago, when I decided enough was enough, I would take control of My life and out into action everything I had learned, I chose to act with courage where there was once fear and I chose to consciously create good habits and leave behind old routines that no longer served Me.
